Nov. 20

My husband and I went to an arrangement flower class in Silver Center today.

The participation fee of the 30-minute lesson cost 1,000 yen or $10
including the sets below.

Various flowers:
Erica, Cyclamen, two Ornamental cabbages (purple and white),
Primura Juliana,  Viola

A pack of gardening soil, shovel, and pot were prepared on the table.

Tiny stones were prepared in a net.
If we put them on the bottom of the pot,
it prevents small insects coming in.

When flowers are withered, we may change the soil.
By using nets, we can save our time to sieve.

Then, put the soil in the pot.

One was by my husband while the other was by myself.

 Here's what I made.

After the class, we went to their restaurant on the 2nd floor.
I chose the two curry rices below so that my husband and I could eat for lunch.

Special curry rice
The restaurant staff members sold this as "Green Curry."
They told me it's more spicy than the regular ones.
Eggplants and chicken are in it.

I thought that the price was very reasonable compared with other restaurants.
They opened their restaurant this day only.
The staff members were volunteers.

My husband and I went back home with the flower arrangements,
we placed the pots in front of our house.
